Anti Hook Grip

Problem

You want to know how changing the way you grip the club can reduce or eliminate your hook.

Cure

You can prevent a hook by using a weaker grip.

Therapy

You want to know how to release the clubhead properly with a weak golf grip. Rotate your hands so that the club seems to point down the club or pointed a little towards the target. You need to have a lot of rotation of your hands as you move the clubhead through the ball in order to release correctly. This rotation will leave your knuckles under the grip so that they are pointing towards the ground.

Sorry, but I don't understand this therapy: "Rotate your hands so that the club seems to point down the club or pointed a little towards the target" Could you translate that into plain english please? How can the club point down the club -- is that a typo?
