You are feeling like you are not able to complete your turn into the follow through.
Check to make sure that you are transferring your weight away from the target during your backswing and towards the target during your follow through. You should also make sure that it is not a reverse pivot or reverse C shot that is causing this.
Turn your leading foot towards the target so your upper body can rotate through where you normally are blocked by your hip. You will end up with your body facing the target at the end of your swing without strain.
