Point Your Chin

You have a hard time getting enough loft, distance, and accuracy out of your long clubs.

Make sure you keep your body behind the clubhead upon impact. This will help you gain the appropriate loft for your club and therefore distance.

Set up with your head turned away from the target. As you do this, focus on pointing your chin well behind the ball. By making this simple adjustment, it will help keep your body behind the clubhead throughout the forward swing. Once you impact the ball, you should notice your trailing shoulder moving under your chin before your head lifts during the shot. If you can get this last part to happen in the correct sequence, you should notice better loft, accuracy and distance.
