You need a greater shoulder turn or suffer from shoulder weakness.
Work on improving the strength and flexibility of your shoulder muscles.
Do not underestimate how important it is to make circular motions with your arms. Extend your arms out to your sides with your palms down and thumbs pointing forwards. Make small circular motions with your arms at least ten times in both directions. Now turn your forearms so that your palms are pointing up and your thumbs are pointing behind you. You should notice that you will need to use a different set of shoulder muscles to make the circular motions with your palms up. Next, take a club and hold it across the front of your face, just below your nose. Apply a little pressure on the ends of the club as you slide the club across your face towards the right. Fully extend your right arm and then slide the club to the left. Repeat this ten times and then do the same drill but behind your head.
