You do not have time to exercise to stay in shape for playing golf.
You do not need to take 30 to 60 minutes out of your day to exercise. Anytime you have 3 minutes of spare time, you can use this time to squeeze in a little exercise.
Even waiting in line can be turned into fitness time. You can work on engaging your abdominal muscles or by stretching your calves by pointing your toes up. Three minute bursts of situps, pushups, squats, or crunches while waiting for your television show to start. Jogging up the stairs or to your next designation can help get your heart pumping and in shape. Get creative of how to fit in stretches and short bursts or aerobic exercise into your day.
